Family mediation is a voluntary, confidential process that helps separating partners resolve legal issues respectfully and efficiently, without the stress, delay, and cost of court proceedings.

As a neutral mediator, I assist both parties in working toward informed and practical solutions that meet their unique circumstances.

The Mediation Process

Mediation is a voluntary process in which separating partners work together to negotiate the legal aspects of their separation with the assistance of a mediator acting as a neutral facilitator.

The mediator may provide legal information to help guide discussions and supports productive communication focused on resolving legal issues. The process takes into account all relevant factors to help both parties work toward a fair and informed resolution.
